Design and implement Database and User Security policies
2+ years of Expert level experience in providing database administration services in the following environments: SQL SERVER 2005
Comprehensive knowledge, along with extensive and varied experience in: Log shipping, Configuring Standby Database, DTS
Master in Performance Tuning; Query Optimization; Database tuning; Coding Stored Procedures, Triggers, Complex Views; Indexes
Proven experience in Database Technologies and ability to Architect/Design/implement database solutions
Ability to utilize various tools to provide system management functions such as: System backup/recovery, System monitoring; Installations, software upgrades, and apply patche
Security and Capacity Requirements; Suggest and help implement Schemas that deliver high performance applications
Formal presentations to Senior management on current and planned DBA activities
Good knowledge of Windows NT/XP/2000 Operating environments
Excellent skills in: Communication (Verbal & Written); Interpersonal & Team Orientation; High level of initiative
Deal with conflicting deadlines when working on multiple projects
Work with the Development teams to understand Database
