Applications are invited for following projects positions under different Language Technology Development Projects in the Department of Computer Science, Gauhati University.

Software Developer
Pay Scale: Rs.Salary for the UGC project position is Rs. 8000/- per month. For the DIT projects salary may range from
12000/- to 18000/- based on the qualification/proficiency/skill and experience.

Linguist (Assamese)
Pay Scale: Rs. Salary for the UGC project position is Rs. 8000/- per month. For the DIT projects salary may range from
12000/- to 18000/- based on the qualification/proficiency/skill and experience.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be through Test (Software Development/Language Proficiency) and personal Interview which will be held tentatively on 25/26 Sept. Selected Candidates will have to join on 1st Oct, 2010 Salary: Salary for the UGC project position is Rs. 8000/- per month.
