Process Description
Identify billing related issues and explain adequately the reasons for the same
Manage customer inquiries and provide end to end resolution with regard to price plan, free data allowance, installments, payment charges and network coverage
Support post sale inquiry relating to network and handsets
Develop customer service leads for other channels
Verbally demonstrate the features and benefits of 3 products and services and information concisely, accurately and in an enthusiastic manner.
